Browsing and your choices.
You can browse profiles without sending a care request. This site does not ask you to create an account to compare providers.
When site visit measurement is active, it uses a site-specific session identifier, page path, limited referral information, approximate location and available automation signals. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Visit information is kept separate from care and contact answers, and visitor identifiers are not shared between our domains.
Care requests.
If you send an optional care request, the form asks for contact information and preferences such as age, city/ZIP, insurance, settings and schedule. Please do not submit medical records, a child’s name, member IDs or clinical notes.
The request is reviewed internally. A provider copy may be shared only within the permissions recorded with that request. Choosing one provider does not authorize unrelated providers unless you separately choose the optional alternatives permission. Newsletter permission is optional and separate.
Contact messages.
Contact messages use your email and message to answer your question or review a correction. Do not include private patient or family information. Message sending may be temporarily unavailable.
Service providers and retention.
Hosting, security, storage and email service providers help operate the site and process information for those purposes. Raw visit records follow a 90-day retention policy. Care request records and their recorded permissions are retained for operating the request process and handling appropriate record obligations; this notice does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed date.
